Item was received in Ottawa Canada within one month of order placed. Everything delivered as stated. I updated from a Moto G5 cell phone to Umidigi A7 Pro. It was easy to transfer all data to new device with Umidigi software. Now must learn the benefits available in Android 10. For the price, it is a bargain so far.
